Q: How to shop on YESCAREL?
- Create account or Log in.
Create an account on yescarel.com for free to have the best shopping experience. If you are an existing customer, please do log in to your account.
- Adding Products Into Shopping Bag.
Visit www.yescarel.com and select the products you want to buy. Once you select you want, click on the product image or the “add to cart” button. Then, it will lead you to the product page where you can find the product details. In the example above, we chose one of YESCAREL’s best seller, the Carel Luxury Beautige.
- Product Page
After you arrive on the product page, you will be able to find out more about the product. As easy as that, simply select the quantity you need, and click on the “Add to Cart” button. That’s it! Click on Bag icon on the upper right corner to check out.
- Review Purchases Before Checking Out.
In order to see all the items you have added to your Cart, click on the 'BAG' located on the top right corner of the website. Please review your purchases before you confirm the order, and if you have a coupon code, don't forget to input in the code. After you review and are happy with all your orders, simply click “Proceed to Checkout”!
- Complete Profile / Payment Methods
- Order Confirmation
After your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You may also check your order status under My Account - My Orders. It will indicate the status of your order whether it is pending, processing or complete. Daebak! That’s it!

Q.) When will you ship my order(s)?
YESCAREL usually ship out orders within 1~2 business days after payment.
During the holidays or special events the ship out time can be delayed. We will put out a notice in those occasions.
Q: How long does it take my order(s) to arrive?
1) Free Shipping: 10-20 business days on average
2) Standard Shipping: 2-9 business days on average
3) Expedited shipping: same day on average
Please note that the shipping time does not include other potential delays due to holidays or extreme weather conditions.
Q: Product Expiry?
YESCAREL brings in only products that are fresh and newly manufactured, so all products usually have up to 2-3 years shelf life. Most Korean cosmetics only mark their "date of production" and not the "date of expiration", so you might see the Korean word '제조' and it means "produced"- the production date. If any product is close to expiry, it will most likely be on sale, and we will indicate on the product detail.

Q: Will you restock Carel Box or other K-Beauty Boxes?
We are always innovating and offering new and exciting top K-beauty boxes. Therefore, we don't tend to restock these once sold out. We recommend you to always keep your eyes out on the trending boxes and grab yours while it lasts :)
